Provide and or facilitate services related to Astrology i.e. Consultations, Vaastu Shastra, Puja And Anushthan, educational information and Horoscopes content via the website, e-mail, telephone, SMS and mobile/tablet applications, telephone or video conferencing or personally, and/or consultations with AI powered virtual advisors / astrologers and products related to Astrology including but not limited to the precious, semi-precious gemstones, Rudraksha, Japa Mala, Puja / Divine Products and Yantras(collectively, “AstrologyServices”)offered by third-parties (“Third-Party Service Provider”); Booking appointments / sessions / consultations of astrology Services (“Consultation Services”). Astrology Services, Consultation Services and Other Services shall be collectively referred to as “Website Services”..

Although portions of the content may be viewed simply by visiting the www.astrodidi.com, however, in order to access the personalized astrological consultations and/or receive additional content/services / products (including telephone/internet-based services) from, you shall need to open an account with www.astrodidi.com and register as its member.
3. Use of the Website is offered to you conditioned on acceptance of all the terms, conditions and notices contained in these Terms, along with any amendments made by ASTRODIDIat its sole discretion and posted on the Website.

Any order/booking made for a Website Service(s) through the Website shall be, in addition to the terms mentioned herein, subject to additional terms and conditions by the Vendors (including offers, terms of sale or use, discount and sales schemes/ campaigns offered from time to time) mentioned on Vendor’s respective website / mobile application, which You are presumed to have read and accepted at the time of placing the order/booking.

1. User Eligibility:-

1. ASTRODIDI retails various multi-brand astrology Products on the Website. We hereby disclaim any guarantees of exactness as to the taste, finish, appearance, size, colour etc., of the Products as ordered by you.
2. Return, exchange, cancellation and fulfilment of Products shall be as per the Term & Conditions are available on the Website.

F. Consultation Services:-

1. Astrologers affiliated with us are forbidden from disclosing personal details such as contact numbers, email addresses, social media usernames, or addresses to any user. Additionally, they are prohibited from engaging in or recommending activities like Predicting with regard to ensuing death for any reason whatsoever inclusive of accidental, medical, etc, Predicting the gender of the unborn child,Prediction with regard to any criminal and illegal activities, medical problem issues, black magic, vashikaran, or suggesting any rituals involving such practices.Users hereby agree to promptly notify the ASTRODIDIof any violation or attempted violation of these terms by an Astrologer. Failure to provide such information may result in temporary suspension of the Registered User's account or restriction on the User's access to the Website, as appropriate.
2. You may cancel or reschedule appointments using the Website, subject to permitted cancellation & rescheduling timelines and availability of a timeslot/registered Vendor / astrologer / advisor. We also reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments.
3. We shall not be liable for any inconvenience or loss caused to You as a result of such rescheduling, cancellation and delay in performance or failure to meet its obligations except for the reasons expressly specified.
4. By accepting the current Terms & Conditions, you are granting the Website unconditional permission to schedule a call with you on your mobile number, regardless of whether your number is registered on the "Do Not Disturb" service provided by your mobile service provider.

G. Prices:

All the prices presented on the website can be changed at any moment without particular notice. However, if the prices is increased or decreased before the shipment, you shall be notified. In case of additional prices, the information shall be posted on the website.

2. www.astrodidi.com acts solely as an interface to facilitate communications initiated between users, to host content and astrologers, AI powered virtual advisors / astrologers, and as a third-party payment network. The astrologers are also members of the site and not employees of the ASTRODIDI. The ASTRODIDIdoes not verify the degrees, qualifications, credentials or background of the astrologers. The ASTRODIDIdoes not refer, endorse, recommend, verify, evaluate or guarantee any advice, information or other services provided by the astrologers, the AI powered virtual advisors / astrologers, or by theASTRODIDI, nor does it warrant the validity, accuracy, completeness, safety, legality, quality, or applicability of the content, anything said or written by, or any advice provided by, the astrologers or the AI powered virtual advisors / astrologers.
3. The ASTRODIDI has endeavoured to ensure that all the information on the Website is correct, but The ASTRODIDI neither warrants nor makes any representations regarding the quality, accuracy or completeness of any data, information, product or service. In no event shall The ASTRODIDI be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any other damages. The complaints can be lodged atsupport@astrodidi.com, and upon lodging a complaint You agree to provide complete support to the customer service team with such reasonable information as may be sought by them from You. The decision of the ASTRODIDIon the complaints shall be final and You agree to be bound by the same.

You agree that any violation by You of these Terms of Use will constitute an unlawful and unfair business practice, and will cause irreparable harm to the ASTRODIDIand/or Vendors and/ or partners and/ or astrologers, as the case may be, for which monetary damages would be inadequate, and You consent to the ASTRODIDIand/or Vendors and/ or partners and/ or astrologers obtaining any injunctive or equitable relief that they deem necessary or appropriate in such circumstances. These remedies are in addition to any other remedies that the ASTRODIDIand/or Vendors and/ or partners and/ or astrologers obtaining may have at law or in equity. If the ASTRODIDIand/or Vendors and/ or partners and/ or astrologers takes any legal action against You as a result of Your violation of these Terms of Use, they will be entitled to recover from You, and You agree to pay, all reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs of such action, in addition to any other relief that may be granted.
